Stacey Langenthal is a Senior Vice President of Community Banking for Rhinebeck Savings Bank. She is responsible for the sales, growth, profitability and operations of the 10 branches in the Hudson Valley, as well as the Electronic Product Delivery and Customer Call Center. Stacey currently is President of the New Horizons Resources Board of Directors and sits on the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce Foundation Board. Previously, Stacey has had board memberships with: Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce; Greater Southern Dutchess Chamber of Commerce; Literary Volunteers of Dutchess County; Potential Unlimited; Board of the Affiliates of Vassar Hospital; Dutchess County Community Action Agency; Tabernacle Christian Academy and The American Cancer Society, Dutchess County Chapter. Stacey's volunteer work includes: Community Foundation – Garden Party; DCRCOC – Nominating Committee and Chair of the Athena Committee; New Horizons Resources – Vice Chair of Capital Campaign; REAL Skills - Event Fundraising; Alzheimer Association - Night of Wine and Roses; Women's Leadership Alliance – Mentor; Dutchess County Arts Council – 2010 Arts Fund Panelist; CareNet Pregnancy Center - Volunteer; Tabernacle Baptist Church – Outreach Committee, Vacation Bible School Director and Children's Church Committee. Stacey is also a 1990 Graduate of Leadership Dutchess.
Rita McPeck began her career at KeyBank 23 years ago as an Administrative Assistant to the Senior Lender. She now holds the position of Senior Business Service Officer in KeyBank's Business Banking Team. For a three year period along with her current position she also held the position of Community Relations Manager reporting directly to the District President. During her tenure at Key, Rita has been recognized with the Achievement Club Award three times, most recently in 2009 and this resulted in national recognition among her peers. Rita has served on the bank's Diversity Council since its inception in 1994. She was also instrumental in helping KeyBank achieve the Poughkeepsie Journal's 2005 Diversity in the Workplace Award. Rita is extremely active in the Dutchess County community. She currently serves as a Board Member for the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce, Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce Foundation, New Horizon Resources Inc. and New Horizon Foundation. She has been an employee campaign volunteer for the United Way for the past nine years as well as a 2002 Loan Executive. She received the Community Spirit Award from the Poughkeepsie Chamber of Commerce in 2004 and the Volunteer of the Year from the Alzheimer's Association in 2002 and was the 2007 Athena Award Honoree through the Dutchess County Regional Chamber Foundation. She is a past chair of the Advisory Board for Junior Achievement of Northeastern NY and continues to teach the JA program to kindergartens at Holy Trinity. She is also a past board member of the YWCA of Dutchess County, American Cancer Society of Dutchess County and Abilities First Inc. Rita has been very active with the Liberty Partnership program through Marist College and Orange Community College. The program identifies students at risk of dropping out of high school and provides mentoring and tutoring through their middle and high school years. Through her involvement of the diversity council at KeyBank she has been instrumental in providing scholarship to these students through an application process for over 10 years. She is also a former volunteer with the March of Dimes, Kids Expo, Dutchess ARC, Dutchess County Girls Scouts and Our Lady of Mt. Carmel School. Rita also plays a vital role as a volunteer on the New Horizons Fashion Show committee.
Lisa Morris the Marketing Director for the Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union. She currently sits as a very active Board Member on the Dutchess Outreach Board of Directors, where she sits on the Client Services and Strategic Planning Committees. She also chairs PR/Communications and Donor Relations Committee. Lisa has previously been honored by the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce's Athena Award; Greater Southern Dutchess Chamber of Commerce's first Women of Worth Conference, May 2008: Moderator for "Best Practices for Networking & Communication."; Recipient of the Poughkeepsie Area Chamber of Commerce's Community Spirit Award, 2002 and Honoree at the 1996 YWCA Women in Industry Awards. As the Renegades' Public Address Announcer, Lisa was the first woman to hold such position with a Major League Baseball affiliate in New York State. In 1996, there were only two women in the major leagues and one other in the minor leagues holding such positions across the country. Her civic involvements include: Honorary Committee Member, American Red Cross of Dutchess County's 100th Anniversary Gala, March 2010; Event Chair for the 2008 Eleanor Roosevelt Val-Kill site's Annual Medals Ceremony, 10/19/08; Immediate Past Chair of the ATHENA Award Committee for the Poughkeepsie Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation. Raised over $25,000 for scholarships since December 2006. Board member of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce Foundation. Past Chair for the Chamber's Contact Breakfast (worked with staff and guest speakers to ensure smooth program monthly for over 250 business professionals—acted as MC for the event). Previously member of Poughkeepsie Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Chair of the Publicity Committee. As Publicity Committee Chair, was instrumental in contracting with the Poughkeepsie Journal to distribute the Chamber's monthly newsletter as an insert in the newspaper; MC for the New Horizons Foundation Annual Fashion Show (2004-2010); Marketing Committee member for the United Way of Dutchess County (2006 – 2008). Loaned Executive for 2005 Campaign. Previously Co-Chair of Pace Setters 2000 Campaign and Co-Chair of Retail Division 2001 Campaign; Past Board Member of the American Heart Association (AHA) in Dutchess County (1999-2004, including positions as Secretary 2000-2001 and Treasurer 2001-2002). As Heart Walk Sponsorship Chair 2002 and 2003, increased sponsorship dollars 91% from 2001 to 2003. Also Heart Walk Vice Chair 2003. Chair of AHA Advocacy Committee (1999-2002, Co-Chair from 2002-2004), which worked to pass local and state clean indoor air legislation. AHA Liaison to Smoke-Free Dutchess (2003-2004). Chair and Co-Host of the American Heart Association Heart Walk Telethon (2000); 2000 and 2001 Co-Chair of the Best of the Hudson Valley Party to benefit the March of Dimes. Increased event dollars 81% from 1999 to 2001; Past member of the Dutchess County Girl Scouts' Nominating Committee and the American Cancer Society's Marketing Committee.
