Training & Administration Center
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
In conjunction with administrative offices, the Training Center is designed to facilitate increased education for our growing workforce and that of our many sister agencies. We will build a highly-trained direct support workforce using classroom facilities and IT enhancement at the Center.
FUNDING NEEDED:
The estimated cost for this facility of 18,000 sq. ft. with parking for 100 vehicles is $3.2M. Naming opportunities available.
PLANS INCLUDE:
• Technologically advanced training and educational facility that will address NHR’s growing needs plus growth experienced by sister agencies.
• Collaboration is not only important for the development of staff skills and the advancement of professional careers, it has become necessary to pool resources due to diminished funding for administrative support.
