New Horizons Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
On Tuesday, June 24th a large crowd gathered outside NHR’s new Training & Administrative Building to celebrate our Ribbon Cutting & Open House.
Thank you to Charlie North and his staff at the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce for their help with the festivities.
On Monday, June 23rd an Open House was held for parents and families.
